Clean, with a very slight haze, light golden-yellow colour, a white frothy cap, average retention and some nice sticky, foamy lacing. More malty in the nose, at first pour, but the herbal and spicy side does come out with time. Even hints of vanilla at one point, not ruining anything for the style. The taste is where it shines, with a nice balance of the cereal malts, light spiciness and fresh herbal notes. Gets hazier at last pour. A good, refreshing, easy-drinking Italian Pilsner overall.
