Historical Beer - Gruit / Ancient Herbed Ale ✅ Certainly herbal. A bit floral, very earthy - almost a bit of a green tea profile. A bit tart and funky, and almost completely still. I appreciate it, but not really my cup of tea.

Bottle shared at Salud. This was a clear amber color when Jason poured it. My pour was murky. The lesson is that you should always have a professional pour your beer, if one is available. Herbal peppery tree bark aroma. Taste is lightly tart spiced herbs. Pleasantly weird
