The Canadian Pilsner Project was created by the fine folks at True History Brewing in Toronto and breweries from all over Canada are participating by brewing their own Canadian Pilsner using 100% local ingredients. We've used hops from Battlehouse Hops in Almonte, Mississippi Mills pilsner malt and Isar Lager yeast from Escarpment Labs in Guelph. The result is crisp and fantastic with a sweet red berry finish that you're gonna love
