Gose is a traditional German style of sour wheat ale using coriander and salt to add subtle herbal citrus notes with a hint of salinity. Our version is brewed with sea salt, coriander, and key lime.

A really excellent, and drinkable, gose. Nose is primarily lime, with mild wheaty background. Taste is up front lime, with a mild sour/tartness, with a netural sweetness. Over a vague bready malt, and that salt touch in the finish. Very satisfying. Can from the brewery.
