Inspired by the innovative West Coast brewers of modern American Pilsner, we created a hoppy & bitter version that is easy-drinking, and bursting with bubblegum & pomelo rind flavours.
This was achieved by fermenting with WLP-830-O German Lager Yeast, from the marvellous folks at White Labs, who also helped us brew this beer.

Can. A cloudy golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of spices, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, citrus fruits, spices, hops, and malt, leading to a bitter finish. 7/2/7/3/14

Medium sweet and toasted malty, notes of cereal, pine, floral and grassy accents, faint citrusy fruity undertones, bready malts, crisp and bitter hoppy finish. Tasty and refreshing.

Aroma: Malt with hay and citrus.
Flavour: Fruity sweet and bitter with a sweet and bitter finish.
Colour: Hazy yellow with a white head.
