On tap at Beva, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Nose is not particularly expressive, with gently tangy citrusy hops, a touch of pine, and dry bready malt. Flavour isn’t much more expressive: it’s got the bittering hops, some pine, some citrus, and a dry bready malt to back, but not much hop vibrance. The body is lean, not too malty, but there’s just not a lot to love in the hop expression, which is surprising given that this has two of my favourite hops (Nelson and Chinook).
