Our Graf is brewed with American flaked corn and German barley malts. The corn lightens the body and adds light flavors of popped unseasoned corn kernels. A Vienna malt base adds toasty malt undertones and European hops keep things crispy. At 4.8% and 20 IBU this is a real easy drinker. Horizontally lagered two months for clarity of flavor.
