Made to celebrate five years of chaos and glory. Blend of dark ales that were soured in our foudres with house lactobacillus and brettanomyces and then aged in bourbon barrels. Rested upon orange peel, vanilla and cocoa nibs back in steel. Bottle conditioned. See you on the other side.

Draft at Salud Beer Shop. Dark ruby maroon nice tan head. Aroma of plum dates raisins. Taste is softly sour raisins dark fruit tannins. Delicious
