All the reverence. Without convention. Untethered from the doctrine of decorum. A refusal to forget what it means to feel in full color. We crafted this Czech-inspired offering with Bohemian Pilsner malt and a touch of Vienna. Delicately hopped with Saaz and HBC 1134 before enjoying cold conditioning in our lager tanks. Enjoy a bouquet of sourdough loaves, drizzled in wildflower honey, and garnished in fresh-cut spring petals.

Kinda chonky texture for a pils but it works; lots of crisp grain and cracker and a touch of sweet apple and lemon candy. Finishes with a modest floral bitterness but gets a little weak in the fade. Not bad.
