Fruity, pale, hazy, lowish bitterness, light esters. Basically does a decent job of being a pale Belgian.

On tap at Ale Architect, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some Belgian yeast, light rustic notes, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is dry, with dry rustic saison yeast and dry toasted grains. Finishes dry, with a reasonable Belgian yeast expression. Alright.

On tap at Ale Architect. Pours murky dull yellow with a white head. Dry hefe yeast on the nose; thin esters. Flavour is similar; thin estery hefe yeast. It's fine, but fairly uninteresting.

Farmy hay and some hint of lemon. Easy drinking saison. Pours clear golden with decent soap bubbles, some lacing. Light bitter end. Tap at brewery.
