Warming cacao, fresh roast coffee, molasses, toasted biscuit, and a hint of smoke combine to form a light beer that’s both comforting and refreshing.

Dark brown, bubbly head. Toasty, a bit of cocoa, juicy, light, nice bit of maltiness. I'm digging this.

On cask at Ale Architect, pours a deep dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma has some dirty, soil-like notes, some earthiness, maybe some bread crusts. Flavour is dry and earthy, with soil, earthiness, and bread crusts. Dry and soil-like finish. Not great.

On cask at Ale Architect. Pours very dark brown with a beige head. Brown bread, crusts, and dark caramel on the nose. Flavour has brown bread and crusts, some dry caramel. Pleasant enough.

Nice flavourful mild. Roast and tobacco. Black pour with pretty good mocha head, good lacing. Light bitter end. Good body for mild. Tap at brewery.
