Cold-fermented and naturally carbonated, this Czech-style pilsner captures the essence of “pitelnost,” or “drinkability,” found in the beers of Czechia.

Draft at brewery post rock climbing. Gold and foamy white head. Nose is peppery and honey. Tastes of both those, malty, and same fruit and grass. Dry finish.

Brewery draught, 6/18/25.
Clear lighter brass. Small, white head.
Clean, crisp and hoppy with honey and cracker from the malt. Hops are done very well. A bit of dust, dried herbs but stronger freshly cut grass as well.
Rich, honey-like malt and beautiful hops with a deep texture and good attenuation. Lingering fresh, zesty herbal bitterness and light honey. This is a lot of malt and flavor for its size, but I'd like just a touch more crispness/dryness on the very end. As is, it's a touch sluggish. Just a touch.
