A sour conditioned on fresh Cactus Fruit or Prickly pear, as it is more commonly known, along with Papaya with a hint of Maldon sea salt to accentuate the natural sourness and fruitiness. This tropical bonanza is refreshingly bright and zingy, the perfect thirst quencher.

Draught keg at the Queens Road Tap, Leicester. Apricot orange/yellow, hazy with a small white head. Muted aroma, a little bit of melon and citrus (I suppose I'm smelling cactus fruit but it's not very aromatic). Sour taste, a little salty with lots of this fruit to the fore. Light papaya character near the finish. Medium body with soft to medium carbonation. A nicely sour gose.
