Hint of bitterness to stay refreshed while balanced with a great hit of strawberry, pine, citrus and resin. It is all here. The starting hop lineup: Simcoe, Idaho 7, Strata, Chinook and of course, Citra.

Draught @ the taproom (May 2025). Cloudy dark golden with a small foamy off-white head, faint citrus peel aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter piney taste with citrus peel flavor, thin body, long citrus peel finish. Solid WC IPA.
