This rich, roasty lager is a nod to tradition with a Colorado twist. Born from a gypsy brew between Nano108 and Mandi of StoryBook Brewing, our Dark Czech Lager layers deep notes of toasted bread, cocoa, and subtle espresso with a smooth, clean finish only a well-lagered beer can deliver. Balanced bitterness and a touch of noble hop spice round it out, making it both bold and incredibly drinkable. Crafted in good company, this beer is as much about connection as it is about flavor.

Draft at the brewery. Dark brown, nearly black, with a small, beige head. The nose is heavy pumpernickel, toffee, walnut, coconut, and rye. Sweet and malty, with a sticky, musty bitterness. Heavy body, syrupy, and kinda thick. Fun and interesting.
