Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 4A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch 1636 (BBF 12/2017). AROMA: medium cereal hull aroma with faint notes of sulphur. medium-low grainy-sweet malt background. APPEARANCE: light-gold to gold color and clear. medium-low creamy white head with good retention. TASTE: medium-low grainy-sweet malt flavor with low cereal hull notes and faint sulphur. no esters. medium bitterness with a dry finish. PALATE: medium-low body with medium-low carbonation. faint astringency. OVERALL: a good starting point for a nice munich helles. requires miner finetuning.
