Bottle 33 cl - Batch YS0823 (BB: 10/2024) AROMA: medium-high rosemary aroma with low honey and faint neutral and slightly sweet malt background. APPEARANCE: pale yellow color and clear. low white head with low retention. TASTE: initial medium-high rosemary flavor. honey not detected. medium-low to low yeast flavor. faint neutral malt in the background. medium-low bitterness with an almost dry and yeasty finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low to low body. medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: a beer with added rosemary and honey unbalanced to the rosemary.
