TASTE: medium-low to low cereal husk, low yeast and sulphur. malty background with a slight toffee character. medium-high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium body with medium-low carbonation. slight astringency. OVERALL: a maibock with some fermentation and execution problems.
