APPEARANCE: pale yellow color and hazy. medium-low to low white head with no retention. TASTE: initial medium-low hop notes (lime, grapefruit) followed by a medium-low neutral-sweet worty background. medium-low bitterness with a semi-sweet finish that slowly evolves to balanced and slightly bitter. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low to medium body. medium carbonation. OVERALL: a 0.0 abv IPA with ok hop notes but balanced a bit towards malt sweetness. needs a bit more bitterness.
