AROMA: medium raspberry with low peach aroma. low background sour and metallic note. APPEARANCE: amber copper color and hazy with particulates in suspension of different sizes. low off-white head with no retention. TASTE: initial medium-low raspberry flavor. faint tonka and metallic. clean sourness. medium bitterness with a very dry finish with a note of yeast (uncooked bread dough). MOUTHFEEL: medium-low to low body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: a nicely balanced sour but with some distracting metallic and yeasty notes. tonka wasnt detected.
