AROMA: medium hop aroma with notes of pine, slightly melon. medium malty background with a toffee-like character. APPEARANCE: medium reddish-amber body and clear. medium-low ivory head, creamy, with good retention. some leg formation. TASTE: initial medium malty flavor with a slight toffee character followed by medium-low hop notes (pine, resin, slight melon). medium-high bitterness with a semi-dry to dry and bitter finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: an average American IPA with more pronunced malt notes, almost out of style, and less hops.
