AROMA: medium to medium-high vinous alcoholic note, medium-high roasted malt notes with a cocoa character. APPEARANCE: very dark brown color and opaque with slight ruby highlights. medium-low light brown head with low retention. particles in suspension. TASTE: medium to medium-high roasted malt notes with a cocoa and roasty/almost burnt character. faint metallic notes. medium bitterness with a slightly dry and roasty finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium to medium-high body with medium-low to low carbonation. slight alcoholic warmth. OVERALL: a mono dimensional stout with a lot of alcohol that resembles more an imperial stout. no figs detected.
