AROMA: faint resiny hop note, with a medium toffee-like to caramel malt background. slight esters from fermentation (ripe fruit). APPEARANCE: amber color and clear. medium beige head with good retention. TASTE: low hop notes (pine), followed by medium malt character with a toffee-to-caramel aspect. faint fruity esters (ripe fruit, oranges) medium-high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium to medium-low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: unfortunately the hops have departed.
