Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 28C: grapefruit). Bottle 33 cl - Batch B117ST1 (BBF 04.06.2021). AROMA: medium to medium-high acetic aroma with very faint citrus. APPEARANCE: deep gold color and clear. no head. TASTE: initial medium-low citrus flavor, followed by a dominant medium-high acetic character. medium-low bitterness with a dry finish. PALATE: medium-low body with low carbonation. OVERALL: an overly acetic fruit lambic-like beer with fermentation and blending problems.
