AROMA: medium-low isovaleric acid, low straw and a medium dark chocolate background, medium-low fruitiness. APPEARANCE: very dark brown color and opaque with slight ruby highlights. medium light brown head, creamy, with ok retention. TASTE: medium-high nutiness, slight oxidized hops, fruitiness and a medium-low dark chocolate background. medium-high bitterness with a dry finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium to medium-low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: an irish extra stout with formulation problems.
