AROMA: initial medium-high mettalic aroma that starts to fade. medium-low yeast and faint malt background. APPEARANCE: dark amber to brown color with material in suspension. excessive light brown head with good retention. TASTE: initial medium-low caramel-like flavor similar to extract, followed by low mettalic note and medium-low yeast. medium bitterness with a roasted (almost burnt) finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with excessive carbonation. OVERALL: a lager with recipe formulation errors and several execution problems (a bottle conditioned lager?!)
