AROMA: medium-high vanilla notes followed by a faint soft malt background and clean sourness. APPEARANCE: gold color and clear. medium-low white head with medium retention. TASTE: initial medium clean lactic-like sourness followed by medium-high vanilla. low malt background, clean, with a wheaty character. medium-low bitterness with a dry and slightly yeasty finish. PALATE: medium-low to low body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: an ok sour ale with some peculiar ingredient choices mainly a strong vanilla presence. distracting yeast notes also detected.
