Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 21B-Brut). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L191030 (BBF 12/2020). AROMA: low hop aroma (pine-like), followed by medium-low fermentation esters (sweet oranges), yeast and cereal husk. APPEARANCE: light gold color and clear. medium white head with good retention. TASTE: initial low pine-like hop flavor, followed by medium fermentation esters (sweet orange-like), medium-high yeast and slight cereal husk. medium bitterness with a fairly dry, slightly bitter and overly yeasty finish. PALATE: thin body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: a brut IPA with execution problems.
