Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 18B). Bottle 50 cl - Batch B084BIO1 (BBF 27.10.2020). AROMA: medium oxidation notes (cardboard, dried grass), followed by a medium-low malt background. APPEARANCE: light amber color and hazy. medium-low off-white head with low retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with initial medium oxidized hops (dried grass), followed by medium-low yeast (uncooked bread) and low under-attenuated extract. medium bitterness with a relatively dry and bready finish. PALATE: medium-low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a poorly executed and conditioned american pale ale.
