AROMA: medium-high hop aroma with a citrusy note (grapefruit, lime) and slight melon. low background sulfur note (rotten eggs). neutral malt background. APPEARANCE: deep gold color and slightly hazy. medium off-white head, creamy, with average retention. lace formation. TASTE: medium hop flavor with fresh pine notes, slight grapefruit and melon. medium-low malty background, almost clean, with a slightly sweet impression. low peppery alcohol note. medium bitterness with a somewhat dry and slightly bitter finish. balance ok. PALATE: medium body with medium carbonation. slight alcoholic warmth. OVERALL: an OK double NEIPA with a more subdued hop flavor. enjoyable nonetheless.
