AROMA: medium hop aroma with citrus notes (grapefruit), medium-low acidic character and low malty-sweet, cereal husk and yeasty background. APPEARANCE: gold color and clear. medium-large white head with medium-low retention. TASTE: low hop flavor (citrus), followed by medium yeast and faint fruity esters (oranges) and cereal husk. medium-high bitterness with a dry and overly bitter finish. PALATE: medium-low body with medium to medium-high carbonation. astringency present. OVERALL: a poorly executed and unbalanced beer, with some notes that resemble a saison.
