AROMA: medium-high sulphur aroma (rotten eggs), followed by low citric and spices. medium-low mold-like character. APPEARANCE: gold colour and hazy with particles in suspension. medium-large off-white head with good retention. TASTE: medium yeast flavour, followed by low citrus, slight spices and mold-like note. slightly sweet low malt background. medium-low bitterness with a very dry finish with a slight dry spicy pepper note. PALATE: medium-light body with medium-high carbonation. astringency. OVERALL: a spice beer with excessive fermentation problems and poor quality ingredients.
