Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 28B). Bottle 33 cl - Batch 023-018 (BBF 07-2019). AROMA: medium-low tangerine aroma with a slight dried skin character. medium-low background of caramely malt. medium-low alcoholic presence. low oxidized hops. APPEARANCE: amber colour and clear. medium beige head with good retention. slight lace formation. TASTE: initial tangerine flavour, followed by low oxidized hops (dried grass), low caramelized malt and medium-low clean sourness background. medium to medium-high bitterness with a dry finish. PALATE: medium-low body with medium carbonation. alcoholic warmth sensation. OVERALL: an ok fruity sour ale.
