Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 12C). Bottle 33 cl - Batch 012-19 (BBF 2020.04). AROMA: medium-high cereal husk aroma, followed by a low caramel-like background and isovaleric. APPEARANCE: light amber colour and clear. medium-low off-white head with medium retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium to medium-high cereal husk, followed by a low background of caramely malt and low fruitiness. medium-high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish. PALATE: medium-light body with medium-low carbonation. slight astringency. OVERALL: an english ipa with execution problems.
