APPEARANCE: light gold colour and slightly hazy. medium white head with good retention. TASTE: initial faint orange-like flavour, followed by medium-low cereal husk notes. very faint pine-like hop notes. low neutral malt background and low bread-like yeast. medium to medium-high bitterness. finishes dry and bitter. OVERALL: a fruit session IPA with muted notes and expressive polyphenolic presence.
