AROMA: medium phenolic aroma, medium-low oxidized hops and a very faint green apple-like aroma. low cereal husk note. APPEARANCE: yellow color and clear. medium white head with good retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with cereal husk, oxidized hops (isovaleric). medium-high bitterness with a dry and slightly bitter finish. PALATE: medium-light body with medium carbonation. slight astringency. OVERALL: a pale ale with execution and storage problems.
