Review based on the BJC2015 guidelines (style 15A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch 213 (BBF 04/2019). AROMA: medium cereal husk, low maillards, medium-low oxidized hops and caramel. APPEARANCE: reddish amber and clear. medium-large beige head with good retention. TASTE: medium malt notes with a slight caramelly presence. medium cereal husk. medium to medium-high bitterness. finishes with a touch roastiness and a bit bitter. PALATE: medium-light body with medium to medium-high carbonation. OVERALL: a red ale-type beer with notes within the style but with execution and storage problems.
