Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 24A). Bottle 50 cl - Batch L008 (BBF 03/2019). AROMA: medium-low notes of coriander and orange zest. low acidity and yeast notes. APPEARANCE: light gold color and clear. medium white head with low retention. TASTE: medium-low notes of coriander (lemony) and orange zest. low notes of yeast (uncooked bread) and slight neutral acidity. slightly sweet neutral malt background. medium-low bitterness with a dry finish. PALATE: medium-low body. medium to medium-high carbonation. OVERALL: a witbier-like beer with a bit touch of yeast and almost imperceptible wheat.
