Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 18B - Session IPA). Bottle 33 cl - Batch unreadable (BBF unreadable). AROMA: medium-low oxidized hop aroma (dried grass, cheesy), some pine and a slight caramelized malt background. faint metallic note. APPERANCE: intense gold color and clear. medium moussy ivory head with good retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium-low oxidized hops (cheesy), faint lychee-like note. background of a slight caramelized malt. medium-high to high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish that endures. PALATE: medium-light body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a session IPA unfortunately already oxidized and excessively bitter for a session-type beer. demands re-tasting.
