Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 33A/28A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch B2015 (BBF: SEPT2025). AROMA: medium wild fermentation notes (horse blanket), followed by medium-low wood, sourness, slight malt with a toffee character and faint citrus. APPEARANCE: ambar color and clear. medium ivory head with medium-low retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with barnyard, faint citrus and wood and a slightly sweet toffee malt background. medium bitterness with a dry finish. PALATE: medium-low body with high carbonation. OVERALL: a nice balanced beer with wild fermentation notes.
