Sampled from the tap at Ansari’s. Pours an oily black with a dark brown head that dissipates quickly and nearly completely. Aroma has strong dark roasted malts and a big bourbon note with dark grains and chocolate supporting. Flavor is bourbon forward with growing bitter dark grains, roasted malts and a boozy finish.
