The HY-Cuvée is a beer a high fermentation, natural fermentation in bottle, made with the Méthode Champenoise. Is a cuvée of pure barley malt, unpasteurized, handmade according to an ancient recipe lilting over the phases of the moon. Amber colour, looks a little veiled, imperceptible, fine perlage, the cream is thick and dense. Its body is balanced, harmonious, well structured. Scents of vanilla, caramel, liquorice, ripe plum and oak. In mouth hints of roasted chestnut, ripe banana, raisins, dates, feeling of evaporation of rum and light tones of Juniper, a hint of coffee, with a vast wealth and a very long persistence. Goes well with fish and smoked meats, cheeses, game, braised meat, dry deserts or Marzipan, chocolate. Contains gluten
