White Stork is one of the first commercial breweries based in Bulgaria and is a gipsy brewery (a.k.a. Ghost/Pirate/Nomad/Contract Brewery what ever you say). So we don’t own our brewing equipment and we don't care. This enables us to make the best quality and variety of beers possible at the best selected breweries and be able to reinvent ourself & our beers continually.
