Description
St.Arnulf Alery is a microbrewery built in a converted grain bin on a 350 acre farm in Trigg County near Cadiz, Kentucky. Our brewery is one of a kind in the state and our beers are brewed over a wood fired kettle. We use 16th Century brewing practices with 21st Century brewing science and a few pieces of modern equipment to produce our ales. Everything we do is done by hand! From wort production, to bottling & labeling! We operate our own hop yard with Cascade and Chinook hops but also use Galaxy, Mosaic, Citra, Belma, Azacca, and Amarillo too. In addition to our hops, some of our raspberries, strawberries and pumpkins for our beers are sourced straight from the ground around our brewery. We produce Imperial IPA's and Stouts of which are all unfiltered and bottle conditioned for natural carbonation. All of our proprietary brewing liquor is sourced from a stream just outside our brewery that’s fed from caves and springs on the property. Our spent grains go to our Wagu cattle, Mangalitsa pigs, and a multitude of pastured chickens. Nothing goes to waste from the brewery.
