The new Wiedemann Brewing Company was launched in 2012 to revive the legendary Wiedemann’s Fine Beer brand, which was founded in Newport, Kentucky by German immigrant George Wiedemann in 1870. Wiedemann Beer became a popular and respected brand, especially in Greater Cincinnati, but also throughout the American Midwest and many southern states too.
