The story of La Garonnette is above all the story of 2 childhood friends (Jonathan and Benjamin). Both beer lovers, they started making this beverage as an amateur. This tinkering side kept them busy for 2 years. After having celebrated their 1/4 century, they said to themselves that the time had come to do something to them. This is how Brasserie La Garonnette was born. The subtitle "Toulouse micro-brewery" carries the convictions of the two men: a production on a human scale located in our beautiful pink city.

Why La Garonnette? Toulouse at the beginning of the 20th century had a few craft breweries including one near La Garonnette. You can still see the high relief at the entrance of the old factory going down the Rue du Pont de Tounis. Look up!
