The Azrael Brewery was created in September 2020 by Dimitris Tsagalidis. Born in Thessaloniki, he studied business administration and biomedical science. All his life he has been involved in catering, music, extreme sports and online gaming. Its particularly combative, generous character, but also the smile of optimism that it has, are the basic ingredients for the brand's beers. For the Azrael team, each beer represents a different aspect of our character. For this reason, each of them has its own distinct taste, its own character and its own name. They are a different collection of premium craft beers. The name Azrael is inspired by the archangel Azrael where he had the ability to separate the souls of people but also by the character of DC Azrael. At the moment of death each person shows his true character. For us, this served as an inspiration since our goal is for every beer to reveal the true soul of every human being.
