Description

It is a profound oblivion, one that can disappear from the mind. It is also sometimes given a connotation of purgatory. That transitory state hard to reach a next future state of happiness. We are in March 2020. Nothing is moving. Everyone at home… well, almost everyone. Some of us brewers continued to pave and transform, patiently, cereal worts into beer. We decided to dust off the old ideas that require more time and patience. During that time we started filling barrels of impossible wild ales with the firm intention of forgetting about them and letting time do its job. After more than two years, the first results appear. We already have our own Oblivion. We forget to remember that we are more alive than ever, full of energy and drive.
