Description

The LÀSARDE Brewery, run by the Minazzo's, produces its beers on site: from production to bottling. Enter through the front door to discover all the products offered by Làsarde, to taste on site in a patio adjoining the store, or to take home to save this pleasure for later.

The most curious can also dare to take a look through the opening which gives a direct view behind the scenes. Here, in complete transparency, the artisans prepare and bottle the precious beverage following an artisanal process and in full defense of local know-how. The laboratory can also be visited by budding zythologists.
