The Bioterre brewery was created in 2016 by François and Sabrina Bolanos to develop a range of craft beers (pils, porter, amber, blonde, triples inspired by the Belgian style, gourmet and generous) as wide as possible and in different styles (lager, pils, porter, with spices or fresh fruit).

Previously established in Damigny (2016-2018) and after that at Valframbert (2018-2021).
